TOURNAMENTS
September 12, 2011 - This past weekend, Dominic played in The Arizona Open, Men's Tennis Tournament in Scottsdale, AZ, hosted by Bates Tennis Services. On his way to the finals against professional , Brian Battistone (World Ranked in doubles at 180), Dominic defeated the following players. 4th Round - John Nanosky, former AZ top 18's in the SouthWest and recruited by ASU Tennis. QF's - Michael-Ray Parrales-Gonzalez, formerly ranked 1180 in the ATP World Rankings. SF's - Geoff Embry - Just finished 4th year at U of AZ and played #4 Singles and #1 Dubs. Dominic lost to Brian Battistone in the Finals, 6-3; 6-4. Overall a great tournament for Dominic.
HIGH SCHOOL
Dominic won the 2011 Arizona State High School Tennis Division 2 Championship by defeating Senior, Cameron Tehrani 6-0, 6-1 in Semi-finals and Senior, Carlos Bermudez 7-5, 6-3 in the finals.
