Oudin and Spencer Take Tulsa Titles

For top-seeded Melanie Oudin, it was the second major ITF junior title in as many months; for unseeded Wil Spencer it was the first of his junior career, but for both players, the Pan American Closed in Tulsa, Okla. was a forum for outstanding tennis.
