Some of the top junior players in the nation spent their Thanksgiving holiday weekend competing for gold balls in the USTA National Indoor Championships.

From Kansas to Indiana to Chicago to Minnesota to New York and Massachusetts, singles and doubles champions were crowned in four divisions for boys and girls.

Boys 18 singles: No. 7 Mark Krupkin defeated Jimin Jung 6-3, 6-2 at Overland Park Racquet Club in Overland Park, Kansas.

• Doubles: No. 5 Mitchell Sheldon and Nolan Balthazor defeated John Cross and Kosei Ogata 8-4

Girls 18 singles: No. 2 Elizabeth Ionescu defeated No. 1 Capucine Jauffret 6-3, 6-3 at the Indianapolis Racquet Club in Indiana.

• Doubles: No. 8 Olivia Benton and Campbell Ricci defeated No. 5 Julia Werdiger and Natasha Rajaram 8-4.

Boys 16 singles: No. 3 Drew Fishback defeated No. 14 Gregory Bernadsky 6-4, 6-2 at XS Tennis Village in Chicago

• Doubles: No. 1 Fishback and Nicholas Patrick defeated No. 2 Gus Grumet and Lukas Phimvongsa 8-5

Girls 16 singles: No. 3 Karlin Schock defeated No. 13 Alexandra Wolf 6-4, 6-2 at Baseline Tennis Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota

• Doubles: Chloe Qin and Lucia Fuduric defeated No. 1 JoAnna Kennedy and Wolf 8-4.

Boys 14 singles: No. 1 Safir Azam defeated No. 4 Rafael Lopez 7-5, 6-4 at Midtown Athletic Club in Chicago

• Doubles: Rowan Qalbani and Izyan Ahmad defeated Rafael Lopez and Keshav Muthuvel 9-7.

Girls 14 singles: No. 9 Margaret Sohns defeated No. 1 Reiley Rhodes 6-2, 1-0 retired (injury) at Twos Athletic Club in Toledo, Ohio

• Doubles: Bailey Scott and Sammie Mercer defeated No. 6 Madeleine Bridges and Autumn Xu 8-3

Boys 12 singles: No. 1 Smyan Thuta defeated No. 5 Andres Quijada 6-1, 6-2 at the USTA National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows, New York.

• Doubles: No. 6 Sebastian Zavala and Quijada defeated No. 2 Vallab Kumar and Aidan Wu 8-2.

Girls 12 singles: No. 4 Kathryn Cragg defeated No. 15 London Evans 6-2, 6-2 at Manchester Athletic Club in Manchester, Massachusetts.

• Doubles: Daniela Del Mastro and Anna Scott Laney defeated No. 6 Isha Manchala and Oleana Zerres 8-6.
